Cement Lining
C&J Engineering is the only facility in the UAE for Internal Cement Lining of pipes and fittings. Cement lining is carried out in our factory at Mussafah, UAE, however large diameter pipes are done in situ.

Factory Lining of Pipes & Fittings:
The lining in straight pipes is applied by spinning / centrifugal method. Skilled operators / technicians carry out cement lining of configured pipe spools and fittings manually. -
In Situ Lining of Pipelines:
Large sized pipelines are cement lined after installation for easy transportability and better maneuverability.
We also provide jointing systems for cement-Lined pipes such as stubs, sleeves and jointing compounds to cater to the complete lining requirements
Surface Preparation, Sandblasting & Industrial Painting
We believe in providing the full gamut of services under a single umbrella. To achieve this we also offer finishing operations. These services can be offered either in-house or in-situ (offshore/onshore) as per client’s requirement.

Tanks, Vessels & Process Equipment

We have been an accredited supplier for drilling, refinery, and oil-distribution and aviation fuel industry. The range of material for tanks and vessel spans different grades of carbon steel and stainless steel. These tanks are manufactured as per international standards and codes.
We manufacture a variety of tanks such as cylindrical, rectangular, horizontal, vertical, above-ground and underground tanks. Our manufacturing facility is well equipped with skilled manpower, automated machinery and adequate working space to meet on time delivery.
Piping Services
C&J GULF PIPE COATING EST. caters to the piping requirements of process plants, refineries, pumping stations & petrochemical plants.
The piping material includes carbon steel & stainless steel. We have qualified welders and well experienced workforce to carry out pipe fabrication & pipe spooling including Installation, testing and commissioning.
All piping activities are in strict adherence to international standards such as but not limited to API, ASME & BS EN standards.
Structural Steel Fabrication
C&J GULF PIPE COATING EST. Structural Steel Fabrication Unit supported by well-equipped machine shops, caters to the requirement of both Oil & Industrial market. The facility is involved in the design, manufacture and assembly of steel structures for use in the development of both static and transit resources.
Static structures include structural buildings, mud tanks for drilling industries, support structures, vent stacks, pipe racks, walkways, ladders, platforms, secondary steel structures for container cranes and any other customer designed structure.
Transit fabrications include pontoons, floating jetties and silos
